Rain

It's so lovely, to splash in the rain

To laugh and play and act silly again and again

It washes and cleans the dust and dirt away

The air is fresh, clean and sparkling

I love the rain, as it splashes on a tin roof

The sound of little drops, A melody of it's own

Makes me feel cozy, and so very calm

Curled up with a good book, resting in my palms

And when it rains and it pours

The sky lighting up, and the thunder roars

To look out from your window pane

sometimes it's scary, you may go insane *s*

The flowers and trees, I'm sure loves it with glee

To drink of the nectar that will make them beautiful

and pristine. There fragrance of perfume

Will float thru the air

It's heavenly and wonderful

Beyond anything that can compare

So don't be sad, when it's raining outside

Just think of the happy things deep down inside

That rain makes the world beautiful

For all of us to enjoy
