My Heroes

When they were first born
Some twenty years ago
I was so proud of them, and it really showed
With shiny black hair, and tenfingers and toes
And eyes that were so brown, that itsparkled and glowed

Who are these heroes that I writeabout now
It's my precious gems, The apple ofany Mom's eyes
They are my sons, Brandon and Brian

They are full grown, and still I amproud to say
Have grown up to be men, my heroes,all the way
They love life, and enjoy it to thefullest
The love and care they give to all
It comes from their heart, wheneverthere is a call

The simple things that they doeveryday
Makes my heart swell, in each andevery way
The thoughtfulness and understanding
For men of their age
Is more then a Mother can ask for
Each and everyday

I love you my darlings
I'm so proud of you both
There's one thing I want to say
Is I LOVE you both the most *s*
